SPP Performance specifications to be read in conjunction with additional contract documentation such as Architects drawings and schedules.

SPP Specifications can vary considerably depending on the stage to which the design has been developed, ranging from Schematic design stage to Tender Stage and to Construction Stage. With in the various specification packages provided by SPP, they include the full scope of works for the Client.
